2026 Tour of Homes Award Winners

Each year, the Olympia Master Builders Tour of Homes celebrates outstanding craftsmanship, creativity, and design through two types of awards! Our People’s Choice Award puts the decision in the hands of Tour visitors, who vote for their favorite home or project. Meanwhile, our panel of three guest judges tours the participating projects, evaluating craftsmanship, design, and standout features to select the Judges’ Choice Award winners.

Together, these awards recognize the incredible talent, hard work, and attention to detail that make each year's Tour of Homes so special!
