- One entry per household. Winner must be 21 or older. Employees or immediate family members of promoters, vendors, sponsors or contractors of Tour of Homes TM may not enter.
- Winner is to be randomly drawn from all entries received from October 10th, 2020 – October 21st, 2020.
- All prizes awarded are final.
- Winner will be contacted by The Olympia Master Builders. Subsequent announcements will be made in sponsoring media. OMB will make every effort to contact winners by phone and/or U.S. Mail. If the winner has not returned contact within 6 days, or is any way unable to accept the prize, an alternate will be drawn and the original winner will forfeit any rights to the prize.

Any company providing products and services for the construction of a home is invited to apply for membership. OMB promotes member companies to the public through community events such as Tour of Homes, the BIG Home & Garden Show, the printed Everything for the Home Hire-A-Pro Guide, Remodel Now Magazine, and on OMB’s online searchable list of members.
OMB is a professional trade association committed to “building strong communities, one home at a time.” OMB represents companies located in Thurston, Lewis, Grays Harbor, Mason and Pacific Counties.
